By using my website you agree to the terms and conditions stated. The terms apply to your use of the site and the services offered. All copyright is retained by me, the artist, Ali Mackie. Artwork and the content of this website can not be used for commercial purposes by others. The laws of the United Kingdom govern the use of this website if there’s a dispute.

Sales
Shipping of your artwork and other items from the shop is via Royal Mail. Items shipped within the UK are either by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. All orders are shipped within two working days except for very busy times when it may take a little longer. This will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Payments by most major credit cards via Stripe, Apple Pay and PayPal are accepted.

Refund and Returns Policy
I truly hope you love the painting and shop items you choose to buy. Each item shown on my website has been carefully photographed to give a good representation of colour. Please take into account that all digital screens are different and colours may vary. All paintings and other shop items are packaged with care, attention and time. There are no refunds, however if you do not love your chosen painting or shop items please contact me within 7 days of their arrival to discuss exchange options. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and should be handled with care. A proof of postage certificate is recommended as well as reasonable insurance to cover the value of the goods being returned, as goods lost or damaged in transit can not be exchanged.

Damages
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact me immediately if the item is damaged so that I can evaluate the issue and find a suitable solution.
